The Dominion real estate

The Dominion sits on I-10 just west of Loop 1604, inside San Antonio. Buyers come for staffed gates, private roads, and a custom house with room. Three named gates: Main on Dominion Drive, North on Aue Road, South on Camp Bullis / Tejas Trail past TMI. The HOA publishes about 1,600 acres and 32 miles of private roads.

The mix is custom first. You will tour large houses on private streets, smaller patio-style homes on streets like Burnham Glen and Westcourt, and lots if you want to build. The HOA does not lock you to a builder. Dominion Country Club sits outside the gates and is not in the dues.

Homes on the market now run from the mid $300s into the $8 million range. Most of this search sits from the high $600s into the $3 millions. The large custom houses sit at the top. Confirm the school on the address.

Lifestyle and things to do

The Rim and The Shops at La Cantera are within seven miles, or about ten minutes. Dominion Ridge sits on the same I-10 / La Cantera Parkway corridor. Restaurants run that whole stretch: dinner, a drink, a movie.

Six Flags Fiesta Texas sits on that same corridor. Golf and dinner at Dominion Country Club if you join. The streets stay private once you are home.
